HA. not hi. so it's been 6 months, 7 months since I last wrote on my blog. I suppose I should update. Well spring semester of junior year has come and gone in the blink of an eye. Junior Show was probably one of my major stresses during that semester. The grade I got didn't exactly reflect the amount of work and effort I put into my show, but it's not the end of the world. My mom came up to help which was amaaaazing. Stayed in California this summer and got a part time babysitting job watching 2 girls, I was actually surprisingly sad to leave them at the end of August. They wrote me a cute card :) They said I was the best babysitter they ever had! Family came out to visit, no cameron:(, but Mom, Dad and I drove from Pasadena to Flagstaff to Albuquerque to Philmont to see/pick up Colin from his hike. That was definitely a memorable road trip. Got to see the grand canyon which was so beautiful! Lots of naps in the car, not the most comfortable thing in the world, but whatevs. We also went to mammoth lakes with the rest of the family and stayed in a huge amazing house. It was pretty lonely after my family left. Besides that, I went out a bunch with Becca and hung out with my lovely boyfriend. We went to Knotts, and he also took me to the Roar n' Snore safari at the San Diego safari park. That was so much fun! Right, and I moved into a new, way less ghetto, house at the end of May. Totes upgraded. and i got a car. big whoop.

Senior year has started and is now in full effect. Taking Advanced GD (sucks), Type (eh), Web (TOTALLY SUCKS), Business practices (only had 1 class so far), Radio (seems fun) and doing my Volcom internship! As much fun that I have interning there, it's really exhausting to have to drive to Costa Mesa 3 times a week, to sit at a computer for 6 hours a day. I'm also on the executive board for Hawaii club, yes I'm actually committed member in the fall...for once in my life. I guess being Public Relations & Advertising chair AND secretary is pretty important. Ugh, I'm going to be so ready to go home and be on break after this semester.

Oh, Becca and I drove down to Chula Vista for Identity! That was my first time ever at a rave. It was fantastic. I have a new found love for dubstep and electronic music. I guess I was into dubstep ever since I went to London, but listening to music at that volume and being in that environment pushed it up 10 levels in my book. I definitely want to go to more of those. I'm so cool.

Alright, I guess that's a good enough recap of my lyf. yes lyf. okay. I'll try to write more for my own sake since no one probably ever reads these. Lets see if Will reads this.....he has it bookmarked on his computer and he says he checks it every once in a while. BF TEST! :)

Sooo..in approximately 2 hours, my childhood will officially be over. Well, technically I was born in the evening? Maybe morning? I have no idea. But I suppose I could say my birthday officially starts in 2 hours. It's weird to think that I can finally buy alcohol! I mean, isn't that what every person excitedly awaits? When I look back at my life thus far, I feel like I've done and experienced so much. Now, in this post I won't be listing everything I've done, but I'll list the major achievements (for my own good, not yours...so if you don't care, skip ahead)

I've traveled to Mexico, New Zealand, Okinawa, Barcelona and London.

I am attending Chapman University (my dream school, woo!)

Played Varsity soccer for 4 years. Also made MVP, first team and senior female athlete and state honorable mention. Scored 6 goals. chee. pono.

blah blah blah. i can't think of any more now. Probably because I'm slightly intoxicated and it's been an hour and a half since I started writing this. My lovely roommates bought me champagne and we just drank 2 bottles. Haha...and now sex bex is making me quesadillas! Buzzed on a school night. I'm such a wild child.

Well, there is 15 more minutes left until my birthday. I guess this chapter of my life is closed. Written forever. I can never add or take away anything from it. Crazy to think, but I'm excited for what the 21st year of my life has to offer :)

Oh and also, Will and I celebrated our 2 year anniversary on Sunday :) We went to Disneyland to watch Drew play with his high school band, and then we went to lunch with Matt, Drew and his mom. She took us to Rainforest Cafe. Then Will and I went to K1, to go indoor go-kart racing! I won :) haha. Andddd then we went to Chili's for dinner.

Ahhhh, I seriously can't finish this now. I'll do it later.

Okay so I slept for 12 hours last night. 9pm-9am. AND, I took a 2 hour nap today? Too much sleep?? neverrrrrrr. But I did have a huge headache today. Then I drank coffee....meh :(

So, I have officially attended all my classes.

Junior Seminar: I am SO SO SOOOO excited for this! We figured out our groups for show, and I'm in the 2nd week group with all my friends! There's 14 of us. We decided on the theme "Floaters" which is an inside joke..and have already brainstormed interior design of the gallery, photoshoot/headshots, food, etc. We all went to party city after Color (we're all in that class too, haha) and chose our color. We have to base our area in the gallery off of that color. I'm teal :) But of course.

Color: Not bad, already had homework. We had to make the alphabet in some kind of systematic color system. It was pretty open ended..meaning we didn't even have to use literal letters. Once we made the alphabet, we had to write our name. Check it out.

The 44 is A and the last pink note is Z. The bottom line is Keri :)

Group Communication: Man, that class was packed. There were at least 7 people standing outside the room, me being one of them...trying to get into the class. Luckily though, I was already in the class. So once the teacher took roll, the rest left..and I finally got a seat. Ciao, bitches. Literally like 25 people left the room. Seems like an interesting class. Professor is definitely energetic.

Food Science: BLEH. Only taking this for GE credit. 80 people in this class. So unlike you, Chapman. We don't need the book though! Which is fantastic.

Gender, Art and Western Culture: Also only taking this for my major....seems boring. I mean, how interesting could it be. I need to get pumped for this class. I do love the professor though, she's a cute lady from New Zealand.

Well, that covers all my classes. Tomorrow is Wednesday, but I wish it was Thursday!! A lot to look forward to this weekend. Cheeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

I Just Barfed.

Classes start tomorrowwwwwww..I just barfed :( It's been a good month and a half since I took that last GD history final and celebrated! And tomorrow, bright and early at 9am (that's freaking early for me) I will be sitting in the computer lab. mmmm, the glorious maclab, how I have NOT missed you and the buzzing sound of non-working printers. JUNIOR SHOW is in 8 weeks..? Mehh, I don't wanna! Stress mode: activated. I should probably look through the guidelines....nahhhh.

Yesterday I went to San Diego with Becca. Went to Old Town San Diego and walked around. It was cool! Then met with Uncle Don and family for dinner/lunch. It's a new fad. not. Then drove around downtown areaaaa. I had starbucks 2 times that day. Not addicted, I swear. It seems lately though, that I've been needing caffeine to get through some days. Stupid coffee. You don't even taste good! But you soothe my soul. Just kidding...it tastes kinda good. Wow, so good at english. I'm talking Cavasian now.

Watched No Strings Attached tonight. It was pretty good, cute movie. Pretty predictable, but had a few twists like twizzlers. Not so dramatic.

Anyway, back to school tomorrow. I am literally shaking my head in disgust right now. I should go to sleep.

I Think We're Cute.....Kinda...Not.

Tonight I told myself I would go to bed at or around 12am. Who was I kidding? I lie in bed and my mind is going at the speed of light from here to france and through my underpants. (not literally..it just rhymed..come on now, sickos). So I whip out my laptop and do something I haven't done in a while. Download music from iTunes. I found this new band who's been around for a while, Green River Ordinance. Very relaxing and inspirational.

It's been a nice past few days, Maika drove us to Pepperdine, and we went to Disneyland the next day, where we snuck Cameron in..haha. Then just hanging out with Will and Cameron. I think I took the company for granted, because now I'm back to my sad and lonely self. I thought it was cute how they bonded over The Price is Right facebook game..apparently they're pros. Both of them, sitting there behind their laptops, laughing and the occasional high-fives. It really means a lot to me to see my boyfriend and my brother getting along like that. It's a good feeling :)

Cameron-- I hope you had fun during your week stay in sunny California. We got to hang out a lot more than I had expected..even though I had to welcome you with open arms into my humble abode..it's kind of required that I do it..I have no choice. But in all seriousness, I am so glad we got to spend time together. Our lunch together today was nice, even though the lady charged me twice..I saved .01 more than you. I got really sad when we said goodbye, but I wasn't about to show it. I mean, I'm a 20 year old saying goodbye to her 19 year old brother. We aren't supposed to love each other! :) Hope you have so much fun in your last semester in Argentina, I'm sure sMARTA will enjoy your sushi. Miss you and love you.

In other news, I'm almost officially moved into my new room. Still have to take down those pictures and decorations in my old one. I'm liking this new room, it's a good fresh start. I should start going to sleep earlier, though. School IS starting soon and I have early classes. Can't have this waking up at 12 and lying around til 1 crap anymore.

Got to see Ali last night for the first time since summer! She's finally back from London :) We had cake and wine for her birthday, so classy. It's good to see everyone again, but that's an indicator that school mode is nearing! AH!!

Becca and I decorated wine glasses for us and Lauren, who is arriving tomorrow! Cute little roomie presents. We also attempted to watch Astro Boy last night, but then ended up falling asleep in her bed. We woke up when the credits were rolling, and then I stumbled on over to my own room and fell asleep. So, tonight, we actually watched it. Not half bad. We also played our first intramural soccer game on Sunday..we're bad luck. Team was undefeated...and lost the day we went. All my soccer skills went down the drain..out the door..out the window..what have you. They're gone.

I Could Have Had a Baby Right Now

So I like how I said I'd try to write when I was bored. That was a whole 9 months ago. I could have had a baby right now. Now I'm actually going to try writing often so that people who love me can love me even more. It's currently 2:15pm, and I'm still in my pajamas...these gnome knee high socks are so comfy! I have a lot to look forward to in the next few days. I'm going to Pepperdine with Will and Maika to see my lovely brother! And then tomorrow, I get to move into Flo's room! :) (cause i get a new room) :( (because...she's leaving meee!) She and Mauri decided it would be cool to ditch me, spring semester of junior year. Things will definitely be different with out them, especially Maurianna! She was my roommate ever since freshmen year and we were like white on rice....literally, since I'm asian, and she has asian eyes. But I have 2 replacement roommates Becca and Lauren, and they're cool cats! So it'll be fun :) I'm excited for new adventures.

So I guess I'll try posting pictures so my blog is more appealing, and people will actually look at it. Cause for all I know, I could be the only person reading and writing this thing. Maybe I'll post a link on facebook....advertisement!

oh hi.

Oh, what was that? Back to blogging? HA. So elementary. Well I guess it's about time I start documenting my college life. I mean, it's almost half way over. Guess I'll come on to this blogspot shiz whenever I'm bored. I'll try to do it often so I can look back and laugh at my sillyness. Which isn't a word...cause it has a red line under it. I'm just gonna write about anything and everything, so if it doesn't make sense, blame it on the a-a-a-a-a-alcohollll...not. So here IT goes.

Today was quite lovely infact, I will tell you about just how lovely it was. It was quite a blustery day as I stepped out of my beautiful home to go to the maclab to finish my Air New Zealand Project. Finished it, went to class and presented. I loved that project, actually had a lot of fun with it. I wonder if I can post pictchaas...HO CAN. try wait lemme load 'em.

There we goooo. That's my project. Then I came home, did a paper on Joshua Bienko. Cool artist by the way, and then Mauri and I went and got pedicure on our toes, toes. But we didn't try on any clothes...clothes. And I heated up some left over curry for dinner. So deliciouso. OH COOL. It saves drafts of the stuff you write every once in a while. Not like those other blogs where things get erased. UGH HATE THOSE (I said that in a sissy girl voice). Anyway, I have nothing else to write about right now so imma go. bye blogspot.
